How personalized orders work
How does personalization work?
Type your name, initials or text in the Personalization box before adding to cart. After you order, we email you a free digital proof showing spelling, colors and placement. We only start making your item once you approve it.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Write "logo" in the Personalization box, then reply to your proof email with the file (PNG, PDF, SVG or AI work best). We prepare it for embroidery or print and show it on your proof. You must own the logo or have permission to use it.
When will my order arrive?
Production starts after you approve your proof, and your proof email confirms the ship date. Need it by a certain day, like a birthday or tournament? Add the date in the Personalization box and we will tell you right away if we can make it.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items can't be resold, so they aren't returnable. If anything arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, email us within 14 days and we will remake it or refund it.
Do you do team, league or tournament orders?
Yes. Player packs, corporate gifts and sponsor signs come with volume pricing. See our tournaments and outings page or send us your event details.
